Some Salt Is OK for Your Health

If you have been told to limit your sodium intake, it is for good reason.  Our low fat food industry has taken the good food they freeze, preserve, or dehydrate, and load it with sodium, so that you can not have any good nutrition from that food.

Your Liver Needs to Remove Sodium

If you are constantly eating lots of sodium, or salt, it can be at the determent of your health.  You need to ensure that you bring some good life style changes forward, and do not use sodium laced food.  It is really hard for your liver to keep up with removing all of the sodium and the fat, and you will not lose weight on this kind of diet.

Effects of Low Sodium Diets

The minute you remove salt or sodium from your diet, you are going to notice you feel less anxious, and less apt to be confused or easily mentally challenged.  This is because sodium has some general chemical reactions with our nerve cells, and the way they communicate with each other.  The neuro transmitters in our brain, depend on a sodium element being present for some parts of our brain development and activity, but too much sodium can be a bad thing.

As well, you will notice that you have less inflammation in your body, as your body will not hold onto water, to try and deal with all of the sodium that is being stored in your fat cells.  It does take time, but removing chemically laden sodium, like common table salt is a really good thing.

There are some anti-caking elements in the table salt, and the kinds of salt and sodium that is used in food production. Real salt clumps together, and is not free flowing like natural salt.  If you want to ensure a healthy lifestyle, stay away from the white tiny grains on any table shaker.

Gray Celtic Salt

There is one kind of salt that is good for you to use for seasoning, and it is not white, but gray in color.  It uses no anti-caking chemicals to load your liver with processing and removal work, but, does offer some of the good benefits that you need naturally in sodium.

It is free of chemicals, and it will be a great addition to your cooking.  If you are eating one ingredient items, it is a great way to season your food, and ensure it will not ruin your new weight loss efforts.  We all need salt to live, just not the levels that we have been seeing recently, or the kind of salt that flows.

Lose Weight Without Fear

Never Fear Your New Life

Very simply, a commitment must occur in order for any effective process is completed. Using an education analogy, it is easy to see how excuses could stop progress.
If you hate attending class, can’t bring yourself to borrowing money, and really don’t want to move back home, these excuses would have halted and stopped your college education.
Do not let excuses stop your new life!

You Must Tear Down Your Old Life

Similarly, if you decide you want to lose some pounds, and you continue with your new lifestyle, but you are not committed, you will not succeed.
You will come up with so many excuses, that you will create failure for yourself.
Your excuses could be much like these statements: I am certain that I am intended to be fat, No one cares if I am fat or thin, I am too old, I really can’t stand vegetables, I have no time to buy food and deal with that hassle.

Your new life belongs to Nutrition

Think of the years of your life which are being sacrificed from you thinking these ridiculous statements. They are simply not true! Even if you think you hate vegetables, the fact is, you can’t accurately taste them if you are constantly eating chemicals and preservatives left and right. You’re only allowing a wall of what you think is true to bar you against your own progressive future.
Don’t do it! You have the power to complete this task. Just don’t try it til you have the motivation, persistence, and ability to commit.

Sugar and One Ingredient Items

Drop your sugar habit!

If you are constantly hungry, it is because you are consuming way too much sugar.  Starches and sugars can be evil little hunger triggers, and will even cause your blood sugar levels to race up and down.  This metabolic event will cause you to feel hungry when your sugar levels are down.  You will be feeling great when they are higher, but then you have this eventual downturn, as your chemistry in your body levels itself.   If you do not have the ups and downs, and just stay at a constant normal level, you will not be hungry all the time.

Believe me, this works.  It is a real power for your new lifestyle.  If you are careful about your sugars, and keep yourself away from the wrong kind of starches, you are going to succeed.  And, you are going to wonder why you ever ate the way you did before!

Eat one ingredient items!

If you add chicken, veggies, fruits and some simple carbohydrates to your diet, you are going to do really well.  There are some packaged items like canned tomatoes, salsa, and some chips which have one ingredient inside.  Do not buy anything you can not understand what it is.  It should be explained!

Chemicals and Toxins

Toxins and Your Liver

One of the quickest and easiest things you can do is to remove toxic elements from your life.  Your liver, the key to your weight loss efforts, will need you to clean up your act.  Your liver will remove stored fat if you let it, but only if it is not busy cleaning out your body of toxins.  You probably eat many many things now that you should not.  If you are buying crackers, chips, cereals and cookies, you are fighting against your liver.

There are great ways to keep your body clean, and ready to remove your stored fat.  Here are some great ways!

Try to drink water, only water.

If you can, drop the soda habit completely.  There are great teas and enhanced waters for those times that you are feeling you need something more.  Become a tea drinker.  The process of boiling water, steeping the tea bag, and then waiting for the drink to cool, is a real stress relaxer as well.  You do not have to buy fancy or special teas, but there are great teas that can boost your weight loss efforts with acai berry or special herbs like senna.
